My mission is for women to love themselves fiercely and live soulfully; transform their toxic experiences and trauma; to reclaim their worth, authentic self-expression and healthy relationships.
I believe all women should be Divas - standing in their authenticity, divinity and sovereignty.

JORDAN RAE is a Certified Coach, Self-Love Mentor, Energetic Alchemist and Soul Guide. She is also the host of the Fierce Soul Podcast. She is a natural space holder, intuitive and energy activator. Forget the fairy godmother, Jordan is a Fabulous Spiritmama.

Her work is trauma informed, compassion focused and creative. Focusing on the mind- body connection - the mindset & embodiment of toxic and trauma experiences. Jordan has worked within social care and mental health. She has over 20 years’ experience working with the effects of trauma with adults, young people, families and Veterans.

Jordan works particularly with women and girls to embody their self-worth and self-love. She specialises in working with women recovering from toxic relationships and trauma, who are ready to reclaim themselves, find strength in their vulnerability and love themselves fiercely.

With a lifelong interest in self-development her healing journey actively started in 2004, when she was attuned to reiki, after she struggled to settle having previously walked away from a toxic relationship. Since then, Jordan has completed therapeutic expressive arts and compassion focussed training amongst others with a focus on trauma, attachment and mental wellbeing. She has sat in a spiritual circle and undertaken further intuitive development and healing practices. Jordan works with her Divine guidance team of Angels, Guides and Goddesses.

Jordan now lives on the coast. She loves beach walks, coffee with friends, musicals and dancing. Jordan has performed at Nottinghill Carnival, Brighton Pride and filmed with Ashley Banjo.
