Why Self-Love?
Not loving yourself fully keeps you playing small. It holds us back from being authentically ourselves. You deserve to express yourself in the world exactly as you were born to. Our bodies store past experiences and wounding in our bodies. During any wounding or trauma experience, our body holds onto the memory and the emotion. To shift this it's not just mindset work. We need to transform through the body. We need to build a body that can hold our new beliefs. From the inside out. Feeling your way into self-love instead of struggling to think your way there.

Integration and keeping the changes going following the five weeks is probably the most important step. For this reason the Facebook group stays open for a further four weeks. During this time you can access support from me and just as importantly your Queendom Sisters who have shared your journey.

The women before you found themselves going deep from week one and working to clear blocks that had been there since childhood, becoming visible and showing up authentically in their lives. You have 1 live call a week with me - alternating one Q&A to identify any issues or difficulties arising from that weeks themes and one Coaching / energy work to help create the shifts.

Now your monkey mind may have kicked in. When you buy a ticket to an event, and then decide you don’t feel like going, or you can’t find a babysitter - you don’t go. You miss out.
